Installing and Updating the Device Libraries for IB Scanners.

In order to use your device with EFT Creator, you will need the appropriate drivers installed on your system.

Here's how to ensure you have the correct device libraries and drivers.

1.) Visit Downloads on EFT Creator

2.) Click No when asked "Do you wish to download the Device Service only?"

3.) Select the IB scanner from the list.

4.) Click the Integrated Biometrics Drivers and SDK button. A download should begin in your browser.

5.) Open the File Explorer on your PC. Locate the file named IBScanUltimateSDK(x64)_Setup_3.9.2.0.exe, it is likely in the Downloads folder. 

6.) Click the icon to begin the installation.

7.) If prompted, all the program to make changes to your computer.

8.) Click Next.

     Note: You may see a screen indicating that the drivers are already installed. In this case, select Repair and continue with the installation.

9.) Click I accept the terms of the license agreement and click Next.

10.) Click Install.

11.) Click Finish.

12.) If you do not have the Device Service application, visit Getting Started for assistance in installing it. If your device service is out of date, visit Updating the Device Service. It is advised that you restart your computer after completing the installation.
