I Need to Change My Account Password or Other Details

If you need to change the details on your account, use your email and password to log in to EFTCreator. Once logged in, locate the "My Account button on the left side.

Once "My Account" is selected, you should see a screen where you can change your name, email, phone number, and password.

If you have forgotten your password, press the "Forgot your password?" button under the EFTCreator sign in boxes.

This should send an email to the email you have associated with your account. Be sure to enter the correct email and check inbox, spam, or junk mail folders in your email. If you still don't receive the code for a while then please submit a ticket or reach out to our chat bot in the bottom right of the screen.
